Mobile App Architect
DAY-TO-DAY CHALLENGES
designing the technological aspects of mobile apps and participating in the ongoing development of existing apps in terms of technological design
in addition to day-to-day development tasks: active participation in designing the development strategy, in planning the team’s responsibilities, in selecting technologies, in implementation, in monitoring software development processes, in documentation and in troubleshooting
monitoring new technologies on an ongoing basis and evaluating them in terms of applicability and potential adoption
active involvement in the teamwork of developers; cooperating closely with professional leaders, software developers and testers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
at least three years of professional experience in mobile development
at least two years of professional experience as a mobile architect
knowledge of native technologies and knowledge of Swift for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android
knowledge of platform-specific IDEs (Xcode, Android Studio)
knowledge of Firebase
knowledge of possibilities for safe data storage on mobile devices
knowledge of web services and REST APIs
experience in MVVM, MVC and Clean Architecture
knowledge of version control systems (Git)
experience in using CI/CD pipelines
precision and ability to work independently
excellent communications, organisational and problem-solving skills
competent English knowledge (primarily for reading technical literature)
OTHER COMPETENCIES THAT COULD BE A PLUS
degree in higher education, either completed or in progress (MSc or BSc degree)
knowledge of software development methodologies and experience in agile methodology
experience in team leadership
