carrying out test management tasks related to software development projects
conducting testing, coordinating the testing process for several projects
participating in resource and schedule planning, tracking testers’ tasks
working out, documenting testing plans
evaluating testing results, identifying, analysing errors
maintaining contact and collaborating with the testing team, experts in the development field and clients
drafting test cases and test scenarios
communicating suggested fixes and modifications to developers
constant mentoring, training of testers
WHAT WE EXPECT
at least 4 years’ work experience in software testing
at least 1 year of relevant experience in the field of test management
IT project experience
experience acquired in the testing of Java technologies
higher education IT/business qualification
precision, accuracy
analytical and logical way of thinking
client-centric, excellent communication skills
WHAT WE WOULD BE PLEASED TO HAVE AS WELL
English language skills to communication level
ISTQB professional exams
