IT Systems Engineer
DAY-TO-DAY CHALLENGES
supporting and developing the processes of internal IT, automation and writing scripts
performing design and implementation tasks in Microsoft Azure cloud projects
supervising and monitoring M365 products, Azure Cloud and Linux development environments
preparing system designs and ongoing documentation
detecting errors and proposing solutions to them
resolving IT-related issues and problems through remote assistance or physical presence at the office
all aspects of the operation of IT infrastructure: server, client, network
installing and operating workstations and servers, and servicing software and hardware elements of workstations
ensuring the reliable operation of applications and performing updates and upgrades, primarily on the Windows platform
cooperating closely with INNObyte’s developers and DevOps staff, and providing advice to clients
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
at least secondary education
at least three years of professional experience in a similar field
knowledge of MS technologies, particularly Azure Cloud and M365 products
basic knowledge of Linux systems
competent English knowledge (for studying technical literature)
precision, systems-based approach and ability to work independently
team spirit, flexibility and openness to learning new things

Modern Desktop Certification exam MD-100
Managing Modern Desktops exam MD-101
Managing Microsoft Teams exam MS-700
thorough knowledge of security technologies (Az-500)
knowledge of other Cloud technologies
knowledge of the ITIL methodology
deep knowledge of Linux
knowledge of monitoring tools
