Privacy Notice
If you would like to contact us, ask questions regarding how our company operates, request a quote or apply for a job, then please note that, in doing so, you will be providing us with your personal data.
The provision of your data is entirely voluntary. It is important to us that you have peace of mind regarding the safety of your data. Therefore, we are hereby informing you about the details of how we process data.
For what purposes do we process data?
ESTABLISHING CONTACT AND REQUESTING A QUOTE
If your enquiry is aimed at establishing contact or requesting a quote, then you can rest assured that the personal data you provide will be processed by us for these purposes only. The basis for this is our legitimate interest in staying in touch to the extent required by your enquiry, responding to your enquiry, preparing a quote and delivering it to the designated address or contact person. The data will then be erased. If the processing of your data is required for other reasons (for example, if you would like to order a service offered by us or establish long-term business cooperation), you will be notified separately and we will ensure that the processing is lawful and transparent to you.
Data used for the purpose of communication and responding to a request for a quote: your name (or, if a contact person is designated, the name and position of the contact person), email address, phone number and, in case you enquire by mail, the mailing address provided.
CAREER OPPORTUNITY
If you are interested in any of our job openings, your personal data provided to us in your CV and other documents relating to your job application (hereinafter: application) will be processed by us for the purpose of filling the position advertised in order to make sure that such data are available when negotiating the employment contract for that position.
If the position is successfully filled by one of the applicants, any unsuccessful applications and the personal data generated in the course of our evaluation of the applications (e.g. when doing the test exercises) will be deleted within 7 days after the probation period is successfully completed.
In the event that the position is not filled eventually due to a lack of suitable candidates, or if the position does get filled but an applicant would like his or her application to be considered for future job openings, then we will contact the applicant to discuss the details, as the data included in the applications will be retained and used in the future only on the basis of the explicit, clear and voluntary consent of the applicant. However, even in such cases, the data included in the applications will be deleted 5 years after we have received them.

Although we typically receive the above types of enquiries via our website, in case you contact us for other reasons, we will inform you about the processing of data applicable to your enquiry in accordance with the relevant privacy regulations.

Your personal data will be processed only by INNObyte Zrt. (registered office: 1037 Budapest, Montevideo utca 2. C., phone: +36 1 700 2563, represented by: operations director József Vágási) as controller.
