At INNObyte we as a responsible employer deal not only with our empolyees’ professional development but we also put great emphasis on community construction. Nearly 200 people work with us owing to the results and dynamic development during the last 5 years. During recruitment we always touch that we aren’t looking for employees but partners, i.e. that is why we pay particular attention to team building and strive not to have it just a few occasions a year.

The common Tuesday breakfasts and Friday ice cream became indispensable programmes over the years.

This time we have the possibility to be broken out of everyday routine and talk to each other in a less casual way. But of course we know, we had experience that we can chat and relax the most liberated way when we are not in our usual working environment but far from it. As the quarantine caused by the virus pandemic had heavy pressure on us as well, many of us had a desire for going back to the office, the collectivity, during the last three months we set off twice: in July we tasted the better-than-good wines at Borboléti Winery in Baj.

In September we said goodbye to summer with a common barbecue in Kozármisleny.

Both of our team buildings took in a very good mood, which is proved mostly by the thought provoking conversations besides the tasty food and drinks. Thanks to everyone who could join us, took some time off his family life and spent it with us in this way also. We hope to repeat it next year.
